It’s official… we're NUMBER ONE on the UK compilation charts!
‘Dreamboats and Petticoats 10th Anniversary Collection’ has not only become our fastest selling album in five years... but we've toppled Ministry of Sound’s ‘Annual’ from the top of the UK Compilation Charts this week AND held off Radio 1’s equally youthful ‘Live Lounge’ release!
This just proves what we've always known.... that our (slightly) older generation still loves to Rock ‘n’ Roll!
Brian Berg, who created the series said “Dreamboats & Petticoats has become the ‘Now That’s What I Call Music’ equivalent for the over 60’s. Who would have thought that a brand created 10 years ago would top the charts? This shows - once again – how passionate people are for the music of their era - and what a valuable market the 1950s and ‘60s generation is for the record industry.”
